We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lisa Eldridge purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, we offer a 14-day return period for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all protective seals remain intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center, keeping your proof of postage.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
